Water Treatment Plant

For industrial companies using a boiler for its facility, some type of boiler feed water treatment system is usually necessary to ensure an efficient process and quality steam generation. All fresh and raw water sources contain some amount of impurities in the form of suspended and dissolved gases and matter. The level of impurities varies depending upon the source. These impurities become a critical factor when the water is used for generating steam. Today, in all the industrial setups, higher-pressure boilers are used which require pretreated water as their input in order for them to function smoothly and efficiently. Presence of water treatment systems is a must in such setups. The water supplied to the boiler or the feed water as it is called has to be pretreated for removal of impurities as that helps to avoid carryover, corrosion and deposition in the boiler system. And it help the facility to avoid expensive maintenance fees, and boiler failure as a result of scaling, corrosion, and fouling of the boiler and downstream equipment.
